Fully Welded Ball Valve
What are fully welded ball valve?
JXON fully weld ball valves, they are usually welded by three sections steel pipe.It's connection is wended end. Because the valve body material is same as the pipe material, there is no stress irregularity, so the fully welded ball valves will nor have compressional deformation even if the vehicles pass by or earthquakes occur. The service life of fully welded ball valves are much longer than cast steel ball valves.
Fully welded ball valve features:
1. Jxon fully welded ball valves can be soft sealed and metal sealed.
2. Jxon fully welded ball valves can be trunnion mounted type and floating type.
3. The valve stem of fully welded ball valve can be manufactured accoding to design standard and customers'requirements.
4.Compared with same diameter cast valves, fully welded ball valves have the lighter weight and more beautiful apperance.
5.JXON fully welded ball valves have anti-static devices and fire safe devices.
6.The whole valve body is welded, so it is zero leakage.
